The Perfect Good Enough Lifestyle” is a sanctuary built for a life of medical complexity—a reality defined by the intricate management of multiple chronic conditions. It is a life shaped by the uneven rhythms of a body that ignores ordinary rules; it is measured in the steady pulse of alarms, the necessity of daily medications, and the gravity of stillness. Yet, it refuses to be defined only by its clinical needs. It is beautiful in its messiness—bending around pain and possibility, gathering meaning from the quiet places that most people rush past.”
To be “normal” becomes a small, tired word—too narrow for a life that has learned to navigate uncertainty with creativity, tenderness, and a fierce kind of wisdom. This way of living is not crafted from tidy routines or the myth of perfect health, but from listening closely to the body’s truths, from honoring the heart’s quiet requests, from noticing the sparks of joy that flare even on the hardest days.
It is the art of celebrating what is possible today, of finding wonder in the pauses, of letting the world slow down enough for breath to become a victory. It is choosing presence over perfection, grace over comparison. In this life, the mess is not a failure—it is a map, a testament to resilience, a reminder that beauty can grow in places touched by fragility.
It is enough—more than enough—Perfectly Good Enough, because it is lived with courage, honesty, and a kind of brilliance that doesn’t need to be polished to be seen.

Rachel’s Signature Collection

As a Performer, Rachel decided she needed “Merch” to sell at her performances. To launch the Perfect Good Enoughs Online Store, Rachel was excited to paint and autograph this design of her own hand saying “I Love You” in American Sign Language (ASL). We traced her hand and then digitally placed a heart that she drew herself. The hand is symbolic of the reality that so much of what she accomplishes is dependent on the assistance of others. The asymmetrical heart reminds us that it is her Heart that dreams the dreams and, no matter how messy things end up, they are still magic…and Perfectly Good Enough.
